Healthy Breakfasts

Breakfast Anyone??? :) there are a lot of great simple healthy breakfast's. eating healthy will result in  a good way. breakfast is the most important meal of the day it keeps you energized and nourished especially if you're eating a healthy breakfast. 

Here are 7 different simple healthy breakfast meals:

The first simple healthy breakfast meal is toast , peanut butter, and grapefruit.

The second simple healthy breakfast meal is plain low-fat yogurt , blueberries or raspberries and crunchy whole-grain cereal or granola.

The third simple healthy breakfast meal is waffles,topped bananas and an egg.
  
The fourth simple healthy breakfast is a bran muffin with almond butter and apple slices or grapes.

The fifth simple healthy breakfast is oatmeal with a small amount of brown sugar(optional), walnut pieces and a half cup of strawberries.

The sixth simple healthy breakfast is a whole wheat English Muffin , with low-fat cottage cheese and slice of cantaloupe. 

The seventh simple healthy breakfast is sliced turkey breast, low fat cheese and two pineapple slices.

  1. Hey I like this... I need to get healthy and I like the breakfast combo chart you put up. I think that breakfast is a good time of the day to eat light. You can eat a lot of healthy things and get a lot of nutrition from it.
