This is a diagram. A diagram that shows you the main things you should be doing to get right with yourself. In order to get organized with yourself you need a great food diet , exercise, stress management, your family and friends and peaceful sleep.
In order to be energized you need a good food diet like veggies meat whole wheat and etc... Also you need excersize to get your body fit , feel energized, and much more.
Stress management is also another great way to stay healthy because being stressed can cause depression being depressed is very unhealthy it can cause change in weight balance , pain, mood swings , losing your appetite and much more . So, having things to keep you occupied or maybe a counselor will be able to keep you from stress.
Having you family and friends is like having someone to lean on when you're feeling down or whatever the case may be. If you don't have family and friends it can be unhealthy because when you have nobody it can cause loneliness you will begin to close your self out from others.
Sleep is very important. You must get at least 6-8 hours of sleep to keep you functioning through out the day so you won't be tired. And some times it is good do take naps when ever you have time.
