Eating Wisley

Only 20% of high school students in our country report eating five servings of fruits and vegetables every day. You might be like many families who don’t have easy access to stores that carry the products your family needs. And, even if you do have access to fresh products, it is another challenge to get your family to eat enough fruits and vegetables to feel as full as they would from eating a meal from a fast food restaurant. It takes planning and trial and error to increase the fresh fruits and veggies your family eats, but you will see many benefits over time.
Tips:
Dairy: 0-2 servings
Eggs: 0-1 serving
Vegetable oils: 0-2 servings
Nuts and Seeds: 0-2 servings
Fruits: 3-4 servings
Vegetables: 6-9 servings
Whole Grains: 5-12 servings
Legumes and Soy: 1-3 servings

Eating the right amount of all of things will result in a good way you will be energized and healthy if you keep this up for a while you will see the good healthy results you will feel healthy and refreshed too.
Start increasing Fruits and vegetables Today!!!

  4. Great topic! I totally agree on the fact that most people either do not have access to healthy food or choose not to eat healthy. Can you give us some healthy suggestions on what we should eat? For example, your next post can be on having a healthy breakfast. What is considered a healthy breakfast? You also might want to include the recipe...Keep up the good work!
